Shipping

How long will an order take to reach me?

The actual amount of time varies depending on a few factors:

Prep time

It usually takes 1 business day to pack and send out orders. The exceptions are mugs and clothing items, which take 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email when your order is shipped out.

Delivery time

Mail can get delayed for any number of reasons, but once the packages are sent out, these are the typical delivery times:

United Kingdom

Standard shipping: 2 - 4 business days
Express shipping: 1-2 business days
Please allow up to 10 working days on top of the original ETA in the event of delays within the postal service.

Europe

Standard shipping: 3 - 5 business days
Please allow up to 20 working days on top of the original ETA in the event of delays within the postal service.

Everywhere else

Standard shipping: 4 - 7 business days
Please allow up to 25 working days on top of the original ETA in the event of delays within the postal service.

I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?

Drop us an email with your order number, or send a message in the chat box or the contact page on our website with your order number.

We'll help to find the latest tracking details on your package, and if a package is deemed lost, we'll send you a replacement.

We will need to collect a redelivery fee if the package failed to deliver due to a wrong or incomplete shipping address (e.g. missing apartment number, wrong street name, wrong postal code, etc.).

My purchase arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're so sorry about that! Please drop us an email or send a message in the chat box or the contact page on our website with your order number. Include a photo of the damaged product, and we'll send another brand new one to you, free of charge.

Which shipping companies do you use?

The shipping company used depends on where the order is to be shipped to, the shipping option chosen during ordering and the weight of the order.

UK customers: Royal Mail, EVRI, DPD
Europe customers: Royal Mail, Ascendia
USA customers: Royal Mail, USPS
Everywhere else: Royal Mail, DPD

This list can change if there are any limitations with shipping companies requiring alternative solutions to be made. We endeavour to select the most reliable shipping company to deliver your order to you safely.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide to every country!

How do I check the status of my order or track a shipment?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched which will contain the tracking number and the name of the shipping company used to ship your order.

If you have selected an end to end tracking service, (such as tracked 24 or international tracked), you will be able to get an update on the shipping progress of your order via the shipping companies website with your tracking number.

Otherwise, if you have opted for standard shipping, the tracking number will only update once a delivery attempt has been made.

Products and ordering

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, ShopPay, PayPal, and Google Pay.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes, we prioritize sustainability. You can check the individual product descriptions for details. I sell products which are animal friendly, planet friendly and vegan friendly.

Do you use sweat shops?

Absolutely not! At Jessie's Art shop, our products are all 100% Sweatshop free & eco aware. We have are high standard for sustainability, therefore, only use clothing which is socially and environmentally responsible, and we even use T-shirts which follow Platinum WRAP certified Production; the production uses 7x less water than average clothing manufacturers. Our T-shirt manufacturing facilities produce almost no landfill by recycling pretty much everything that can't be turned into a tee!

Can I cancel/amend my order?

Sure! But this must be done straight away within 2 hours; once your order has been placed, production will begin. We aim to fulfil all orders (excluding t-shirts and tote bags), before 3pm on the same day, or the following day. If your order has already been shipped, you can no longer amend or cancel your order, but if you are unhappy with it, you can send it back. Personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Do you accept commissions?

Yes! I accept a variety of commissions, and have experience in many projects from pet and people portraits, to twitch banner designs, character designs, commercial product designs for fellow stores and a number of different fanart commissions. Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. For more details, please visit our returns policy page.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us via email or through the chat box on our website with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Reviews and Trust

Are your customer reviews genuine?

Yes, all our reviews are verified by Judge.me, an independent review platform. This ensures that all reviews are from actual customers who have purchased our products. Judge.me uses medals to recognise stores and products with high trust scores and to encourage all stores to be open. By ranking products and stores by transparency and authenticity, you know which ones to trust.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Absolutely! We use secure payment gateways and encrypt all sensitive information. Our website is also regularly scanned for security vulnerabilities to ensure your data is protected. You can follow this link to our Privacy Policy for more information about how your data is protected.

Art Prints

We offer a variety of high-quality art prints on photographic archival paper, in matte and ultra glossy finish, framed or unframed, from 5x7” (13x18cm) mini prints to A3 (29.7x42cm) large prints. The frames used are high quality eco-friendly MDF wooden frames, in a rustic finish or a black contemporary style finish.

To preserve your art print, avoid exposing it to direct sunlight and high humidity. For paper prints, we recommend framing them behind UV-protective glass. 

Personalized Items

What personalized items do you offer?

We offer personalization on various items including mugs, t-shirts, art prints, and tote bags. You can add names, dates, or custom messages to make your item unique!

How long do personalized items take to produce?

Personalized items typically take 1 business day to produce before shipping, unless the item is a t-shirt or a mug, in which case the standard production time is 3-5 business days.

Who is behind Jessie's Art Shop?

Jessie's Art Shop is run by me, Jessie, an independent artist passionate about creating unique, eco-friendly art and products. I personally oversee every aspect of the business to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. I regularly update my store with new products, from fanart to personalised gifts.

What inspires your artwork?

My artwork is inspired by a wide range of interests, from tv/film characters, pop culture, and everyday life experiences, to animals and funny quotes or phrases that have made me laugh!
