For the past few years I've been commissioning independent artists for my Instagram and Tumblr pages. Some take their work very seriously and some not so much. What this is means is its great to encounter a creative talent who knows how to respond to queries in a timely manner, is open to suggestions, keeps the patron informed, and deliver a final product that looks great on my pages and reflects well on the artist. This genius book not only allows me to journal my thoughts and track my healthy habits, but also provides a fantastic set of self help strategies to refer to on mentally tough days.
